I did a clean reinstall of windows, and first thing I did was installing this new driver, after install I restarted my pc right away, then I opened VIA HD Audio deck, and as someone said it wasn’t completely responsive. The program opens without any issue and I can send the audio to the front 3. Is there something else that I can do or is it just a matter of waiting for new VIA drivers? Mixe, I will try Stormy13 sugestion and post back even though I don’t like driver searching that way. I also found that same download in the Microsoft forums.

There are some that won’t say die and they are losing time for the 10 buck card. But, it doesn’t matter because you can now configure everything through volume properties with no problem, and it automatically changes settings in VIA Deck, only thing you can’t find here is headphones settings ,that is whether it should be independent or redirected, which I was able to change in VIA Deck with no problems.
